US and Russian officials agree to work on the Ukrainian war regulations
After more than four hours of discussions in Saudi Arabia, the two parties also agreed to work on the standardization of bilateral relations and investments.

The next step is to work through our respective teams on the diplomatic side just to ensure that our diplomatic missions can work. The second is a high -level team, including those who are experts on these subjects, the technical side, to start engaging with their side on the parameters of what this conflict would look like. And on this front, there will obviously be a commitment and a consultation with Ukraine, with our partners in Europe and others. And then the third is, with these two others, begins to engage in the identification of the extraordinary opportunities that exist, if this conflict ended with an acceptable end, the credible opportunities which exist to associate with the Russian geopolitically on Questions of common and frankly, economic interest.
