Two of the sides of the shape of the Premier League lock the horns on Saturday when Crystal Palace welcomes Everton to Selhurst Park.

The Eagles have won five of their last games all competitions while they are continuing their resurgence under Oliver Glasner. Having taken a disappointing start in the countryside, the outfit of southern London is now in UP and has increased 12th in the Premier League table.

Jean-Philippe Mateta has been the key to the catchy ascent of Palace in the ranking and we can say so many Everton Beto in recent weeks. The striker scored three in his last two first league outings, including the opening match during the chaotic draw of Wednesday Merseyside with Liverpool.

The equalizer of the 98th minute of James Tarkowski against the League leaders means that Everton is now undefeated during their four previous championship games, including victories against Leicester City, Brighton and Hove Albion and Tottenham Hotspur. The return of David Moyes to the canoe helped the tuffes to climb to ten points away from the relegation zone.

Here is 90 minutes Battle guide between Palace and Everton.

Tottenham Hotspur against Crystal Palace - Premier League

Ebelechi Eze, Ismaila Sarr and Eddie Nketiah were all absent for the fourth round of the FA Cup against Doncaster Rovers, but Glasner confirmed that the attacker trio was available for the visit of Everton. The first two should return to the departure XI, Nketiah probably used on the bench.

Ben Chilwell made his debut against Doncaster the last time and could appear in a certain capacity on Saturday, even if he finds it difficult to pass in front of Tyrick Mitchell in the hierarchical order.

The Eagles are still without the injured group of Chadi Riad, Joel Ward and Cheick Doucoure.

Crystal Palace predicts VS Everton programming (3-4-2-1): Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guehi; Munoz, Hughes, Lerma, Mitchell; Sarr, Eze; Mateta.

Curtis Jones, Abdoulaye Doucoure

Everton will be without Abdoulaye Doucoure after the midfielder was sent after the final whistle of the Merseyside derby for his part in the skirmish with Curtis Jones. Midfielder Orel Mangala is missing for the rest of the season with a LCA tear.

Seamus Coleman is doubtful to appear on Saturday, but could make the trip to Selhurst Park. Nathan Patterson will however be absent with an injury to the hamstrings.

Everton is missing four in the last third of the field, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti and Youssef. Dwight McNeil has always been absent since early December.

Everton Priving Lineup vs Crystal Palace (4-2-3-1): Pickford; O’Brien, Tarkowski, Branthwaite, Mykolenko; Garner, Gueye; Lindstrom, Alcaraz, Harrison; Beto.

With the two teams in the encouraging form and confidence with confidence, the duel on Saturday should be closely fought. The two parties have been stubborn defensively since the beginning of the year and are able to play directly on the counterattack graceful of their imposing central center.

There is little to separate these two on paper and the Selhurst battle will be one of the fine margins, with a moment of inspiration or defensive error perhaps proving decisive.

The points could well be shared between two of the most impressive teams in the division in 2025.
